	Comment from a person who wanted to remain anonymous who attempted to
a get a permit in late 1995:
	"I went and talked with the sheriff personaly, he said yes 
non-residents can get a license but he does not give them to non-residents.
He said try a different county.  Real obnoxious asshole, basically challenged 
me to apply. He promised to reject the application and promised the Judge(who
he refered to by first name) would reject me also. I gave serious consideration
to taking him up on that challenge."

	From a posting to rec.guns on Tuesday, May 13, 1997:
	"I just checked in Greene, Beaver, and Washington counties (SW PA) and
none of them issue to non-residents."
