An anonymous reader on October 17, 1999 informed me that the correct
phone number for the Washington County Sheriff's Office is
724-228-6840.  Please do not call the old number since that belongs to
a private residence.

Sheriff's office there, and was told that the
Sheriff there has opted not to issue out of state
